Advanced Cold Forming Products

• Manufactured product diameters from 12mm (1/2”) to 65mm (2 ½”), and lengths up to 9” on solid product and 4” on thru-hole product.
• Produced on 5 and 6 station cold formers (parts formers) up to 1100 tons, with backup manufacturing capabilities on all equipment.
• Suitable materials to cold form include carbon & alloy steel, and select applications with stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and copper.
• Cold forming of both solid shafts and thru-hole product, with external and internal geometries not traditionally conducive to other manufacturing operations such as machining or hot forging.      
• Development and manufacturing of specialized high volume cold-formed net shaped (finished) and near net shaped (semi-finished) products to your specific application.
