Job Title Administrative Assistant
Reports To Management
Hours Monday – Friday:  7:00 am to 3:30 pm (Flex Time possible)
Responsibilites
  • Schedule and organize meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
  • Oversee incoming mail, email and phone calls and distribute as required
  • Prepare and modify documents including email correspondence, reports, and memos
  • Manage and maintain filing system/records for Sales and HR
  • Record, transcribe and distribute meeting minutes
  • Coordinate employee appreciation events and awards
Qualifications
  • Strong customer service skills with our customers and internal departments
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Sense of urgency to complete projects in a timely manner
  • Outstanding written/verbal skills
